Watch is bound to app. App synced with watch. Watch shows step count. App shows heart rate history. App does not show step count or step count history. Restarting the app did not help.

My watch is no longer synched with the iPhone. When I try to log on, and send for verification code to my email address I do not receive any verification codes. Can you please help me reset my password so that I can reuse your inxFit App again. I think you had a system update which reset my password on the App and now I can't use it. I forgot my password and I am unable to reset login.
I just downloaded the update to your app this past Monday night and ever since then, the weather feature on my smartwatch will not connect anymore. I've tried to do this several different times to no avail. Everything else still works fine but it's only the weather feature. Please let me know ASAP. Thank You in advance!
When I try to bind the watch to the app and I scan the code the confirmation that’s supposed to show up on the watch doesn’t

My watch has my gender set to female but I am a male how do I change it
I can no longer connect my watch to the app at all. I let the watch battery completely drain and the watch was powered off. After charging it and powering it back up, it wouldn't pair with my phone. I followed all of thr troubleshoot prompts and cleared my cache.
My Fitbit was stolen do I need to do anything
My CO3 fit bit watch is paired via Bluetooth and had been working. The sleep mode then stopped working, I tried to reload, I paired again and that worked, however when I try to download data, it asks please bind first. But surely if it is paired it is bound. Please can you help, thank you Lesley-Anne. I have tried all restarts and downloads several times to no avail.

I really enjoyed this watch and app until it suddenly unpaired with the device. I could not pair my watch to the app, tried factory resetting like the app instructed and still no luck. It wants me to make an account but when I try to do so says I already have that email address registered. When I try to login it doesnt work though.

I am trying to get back on this app, says I forgot my P.W. I keep trying to get someone to help but all the email addresses are fictitious on the HELP VERSION TO GET HELP. I did not sign out, and when I went to check stats the app was locked out. Every time I email says these are not legit addresses . I cannot get back on.

This app is the worst!!!! It’s forcing me to login in order to do any customization but when try it gives me a “system error” message. On top of it, it just erased all of my historical data. This is absurd since we use this to track our health!
