My app keeps saying network error with no error
The watch is not counting my steps. It's remaining at 0.
Was kicked out of the app and can't log in as well. I tried creating a new account but my email was already linked. Tried reseting the password but verification code does not go through at all.
After time change I noticed My watch hadn’t changed the time. Went to InxFit app and I was logged out and still can’t log back in. Keeps coming up with an error message in chinese that translates to network error but there’s no network errors on my end. Wish they’d hurry up and fix this issue. All my alerts are still coming through but the time difference is messing me up and makes me feel like I’m an hour ahead and I’d really like to track my progress and get it up to date.
It won’t let me login. When I put the correct password in it just shows Chinese words and doesn’t log me in.

I went into sport records and it said I could view swimming and a lot of others. Although when I clicked it it said to click swimming icon on watch to view the record and to start swimming. It was not there and ended at others. Anyway to actually swim on the app and to record it?
Binding is successful and I've synchronized the phone and watch. My heart rate shows on the phone app but not sleep data. Sleep data is recorded on the watch. how can I show sleep data on the phone?
My step tracker stopped working. I’ve synced several times, reset, and powered on and off. Please advise.
My watch is fully charged but not turning on or linking to app
Watch doesn't auto sync with app. I gave to remember to sync it or the data is not saved.
Watch faces stopped syncing, so I restarted the app, then tried deleting and re-downloading it. Now I can’t get into the app at all, and has to reset the watch
At first problems connecting with any interface in the app that required a network connection, tried reconnecting the watch to no avail. Then tried reinstalling the app only to be met with a network error on login.
Claiming network / connection error... It's the app messing up.
Network error (register hangs) when there is no network issue. I love it when an app developer insults a customer with what is a software issue.

InxFit on Android logged off and will not reconnect. Not an ID or password issue. Reports there is a network issue when the ID and password are entered. Checked the network and that is not the issue.
