It won’t let me login even though I have registered with the site. Chinese characters come up when I try to login and I don’t understand what they mean.

Tried to reset password, something in Chinese comes up and I never received the email. Tried several times. Even tried to register with another email, same message in Chinese comes up.

I can’t read Chinese/ Japanese, so when I try to put in my password, it comes up with something in a foreign language….why can’t I log-in????

I had it and it was amazing. Suddenly it stopped pairing and working with InxFit . It won’t allow me to log in and also gives me a message in Chinese.
I used to love this but now I’m stuck with just a watch

InxFit is the worst!!!! It’s forcing me to login in order to do any customization but when try it gives me a “system error” message. On top of it, it just erased all of my historical data. This is absurd since we use this to track our health!

Wont connect to my phone on wifi or cellular

I am trying to get back on InxFit, says I forgot my P.W. I keep trying to get someone to help but all the email addresses are fictitious on the HELP VERSION TO GET HELP. I did not sign out, and when I went to check stats InxFit was locked out. Every time I email says these are not legit addresses . I cannot get back on.

I really enjoyed this watch and app until it suddenly unpaired with the device. I could not pair my watch to InxFit , tried factory resetting like InxFit instructed and still no luck. It wants me to make an account but when I try to do so says I already have that email address registered. When I try to login it doesnt work though.

InxFit and watch worked great for months. It connected well to InxFit and I was able to see the data from my watch on my phone and make edits to the watch from InxFit .

Daylight savings came and the clocks went back an hour and I noticed that the watch didn’t automatically update. I went to InxFit to try to correct this and InxFit had logged me out and asked me to log back in.

I entered my password which gave me an error in an asian language I could not read. So I tried to reset my password. It would not send me an email to change the password and again gave me an Asian error code.

I then tried to create a new account with another email address and it gave me another error.

I factory reset the watch thinking that was the trouble and again it wouldn’t connect and now I am stuck with the generic screen and I cannot change anything.

I loved the watch and app until recently. I’ve had it for approx 2 yrs. All of a sudden it began shutting off randomly, the data was completely erased, the battery decreases very fast, and I no longer can access my account. Continues to say I have the wrong email which I know it’s false. When I attempt to reset the password, it does not work. I’m very disappointed. I will be erasing InxFit and no longer using the watch.

Suddenly randomly logged out of InxFit and can’t gain access losing all my steps for today

Used to connect to my texts and phone calls and now will not after it updated the software, no matter what I try.

My watch didn’t update the time change. I went to sign in and only Chinese characters were sent when asked to verify. I looked online at what the problem could be and it was suggested to factory reset. Now I have a watch that is useless.

Need help Charging has become hit or miss. Also loses time between charges.
Need help before it becomes a brick.

InxFit is ok it just needs more faces

Not connecting to Bluetooth and not letting me login 😡.

Saddened by the limited choices for the face. Even more disappointing is that I upgraded my phone and now can’t sync my watch, it says the email is already used. I tried to go back to the old phone to change the password so I could disengage and try again on new phone, and it won’t send me the link I need to make the change. Now I’m stuck with a watch and no way to keep track of my progress. 🙁

Watch arrived this morning and charged/paired (binded) fine. Seems well built. App downloaded. Then read what was accessed by developer after registering for account to fully use the watch. Everything is open to developer from your phone after pairing. That is extremely risky and I am disappointed about that. I will give the watch away to a non-profit that assists a minority.

I was enjoying using InxFit with my watch as a inexpensive alternative to an Apple Watch. Recently, they released a new firmware update that allowed the watch to receive messages and alerts from your phone. That was working great for like two weeks and now my phone and watch will not pair anymore. I’ve tried deleting InxFit deleting the data re-pairing the watch and phone…and it just will not work.

Make it track my oxygen level and sleep. Other than that it’s a decent watch and app.

App Wont let me register an account, keeps saying Network Issue, no troubleshooting has resolved this.

Your last update has kicked me out and I can’t get back in. It says it needs be paired, but it already is paired. Before your update, I loved InxFit and product. I have been unable to use InxFit since the last update. Please fix this.

why can’t I see where I'm writing my password it just says “Strong password “ and then I it says password must be at least 8 characters although it is and now I can’t register into InxFit

Agreeing with everyone more options for watch faces and was to customize them too; step count, heart rate, etc. InxFit being more interactive would be nice

Easy app to use

InxFit works great, and the watch is amazing as well. It would be awesome if there were more watch faces available to download, but overall I’m very happy with it. Thanks!!

Is there any other way I can connect to my inxfit watch without touching the screen because my screen is longer functioning
