App stops working after entering information

I got as far as the user information screen, then it had no other “confirm” or “done” buttons to press. It just stayed there. I finally uninstalled it after an hour of waiting.
App crashes

Once I pair the watch, the app just crashes. I’ve tried updating my phone, restarting everything, deleting and redownloading and nothing seems to help! It only opens for about 15 seconds which isn’t enough time to customize the watch how I want or anything. It’s a smart watch, so even though the watch itself is working, the app is half the product.
