android bluetooth says connected to itime smartwatch. when I go to the app, app says "no devices found" under find device or the device is not connected. What gives?

I have tried for the last two days to get a verification code with different phones and different email accounts with no codes ever sent. My daughter was very excited to use this watch and now it is basically useless as anything other than a basic watch

In order to sign up(on the app) you have to agree to the agreement. However, there is NO agreement to sign . So no matter what you can’t download the app. It just keeps telling you to agree to the agreement. I have searched and searched and looked everywhere but nothing. There is NO accessibility! None. How am I supposed to agree to something that the app is not providing? So dumb. Lol I’m Returning the watch I bought for my daughter and deleting this app. Laaaaaame.
