8 months agoandroid bluetooth says connected to itime smartwatch. when I go to the app, app says "no devices found" under find device or the device is not connected. What gives?

Can’t even set it up
In order to sign up(on the app) you have to agree to the agreement. However, there is NO agreement to sign . So no matter what you can’t download the app. It just keeps telling you to agree to the agreement. I have searched and searched and looked everywhere but nothing. There is NO accessibility! None. How am I supposed to agree to something that the app is not providing? So dumb. Lol I’m Returning the watch I bought for my daughter and deleting this app. Laaaaaame.

Can’t sign in or sign up.
I can’t even sign in or sign up. It keeps saying I have to agree to some agreement but there’s nothing just the sign in or sign up page. You can not pass that part you cannot agree to any policy because no policy pops up to read to agree to. I want to return the watch because this app is not working at all!

Doesn’t work
The app won’t let me set up an account without agreeing to the privacy policy but signing in agrees to the policy. It’s the dumbest thing I’ve tried to use. Now the watch is useless.
