What do I do?

When I first charged this up, it was so nice. All the options gave me all the info I expected. Then it quit counting steps, sleep, calories burned and miles. The blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen still continue, but nothing I have tried in the app or synchronization part have changed that. So, for aporox2 to 3 weeks, I have no count on any of this. Is there a solution?

Ordering the watch for this app was a total waste of my shipping and handling fee! The first watch I received would not charge up. They sent me a replacement watch. The screen flicked on for a few seconds when I plugged it into the usb charger. That was it! I left it in for over two hours and it didn’t charge at all. I tried various usb chargers that I have and even tried charging it through my laptop. Nothing worked. So as far as I’m concerned this is just a worthless piece of junk!

When I opened the app it literally say Apple Watch series 7,,, then another person it said slen something or other…. Idk what this thing is but it’s not what I thought to be an Apple Watch series 7,, even though the message said it came from AT&T… I could have used those 7 bucks for ship & hand to get something else I would have better use for…..
