- App gets stuck on “connecting to servers”

- No option to have walls different color

- Not very calibrated when measuring rooms

- Gets very glitchy and buggy unload huge loads

How to fix Realize app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Realize app on iPhone
Update Realize app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Realize iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Realize on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Realize network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Realize Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Realize not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Realize App
1. On android, goto Settings » Realize » click [Force Stop]

Update Realize to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Realize App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Realize » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Realize.

Fix Realize unable to contact server/ Realize internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Realize » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Realize » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Realize
