Unable to use the app to proceed when checking out for the 3day straight. There is an error message that comes up., "We are unable to process your order at this time. Please contact Customer Service." I have tried multiple times, called customer service multiple times, account reset multiple times, no luck. Also tried to checkout as a guest and this same error message comes up. Would like to make a purchase however this is impossible with the server/website being down. Would like to know when I can proceed with a successful purchase.? Thank you
