I’ve tried using a strong, 20 character password on my mobile device through MyEsseHealth and chrome for iPhone - neither worked. It worked without any issues in chrome on my laptop so long as you close and reopen the browser after changing your password and possibly waiting a period of time. The only time I’ve been able to get a password to work on mobile is by making it eight characters - which is super weak and a feeding frenzy for hackers. The worst part is that they don’t tell you the password requirements anywhere on the password reset screen or account creation screen.
