My employer recently switched to SYNCHR and I have downloaded the app to clock in and out but when I try to log in it tells me i'm not found and won't let me sign in. I can sign in from a desktop but not the app or from a web browser on a phone.

How to fix PrimePay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PrimePay app on iPhone
Update PrimePay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PrimePay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PrimePay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PrimePay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PrimePay Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PrimePay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PrimePay App
1. On android, goto Settings » PrimePay » click [Force Stop]

Update PrimePay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PrimePay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PrimePay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PrimePay.

Fix PrimePay unable to contact server/ PrimePay internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PrimePay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PrimePay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PrimePay
