- Cannot use mobile app to complete workflow step

- App looks like it was built off internet explorer in 2009 and hasn’t been touched since

- Physically cannot log in

- Doesn’t allow you to type

- Crashes when you try to open the paystub

- Multiple complaints but nothing has changed

- Owners of the app have given up
