I had over 30,000 points earned, but now the app won’t load. For over a week now any time I try to open it the loading icon just circles around.

the app tends to log me out randomly and then i notice i havent earned a tree in a while so i check and have to log back in, i feel like i could have way more trees without this issue

Tried signing up for card, accidentally hit back button, and now app is stuck on deposit page. I would love to get the card so please help! I’ve tried logging out and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Help!!!
