I downloaded the app and put $10.00 on it and waiting for the card BUT I GOT A MESSAGE THAT SAID THAT IT CAN'T BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS.WELL THEN I WANT THE $10.00REFUNDED BACK TO THE CARD I USED THEN DELETE ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND I AM GOING TO DELETE THE APP. VERY BAD WHEN YOU CAN'T SEND OUT THE CARD.

Hi, I tried to log into my tree card account on a friends phone because my phone is currently being replaced; however, I was unable to sign in because the verification code was sent to my cellphone number. I have no way of being able to see the balance on my account and I was supposed to have a direct deposit come in Friday 9/9/22. I opened an account and moved money from my bank as soon as I got my card they closed the account and stated I wouldn’t be able to have a Treecard account. Okay but my money is in the account and they stated work with your bank to get the funds. Okay but you removed all the banking information from the account so I have no way of moving the funds and that’s it. Now since I have a new number there is no way to even access the account because it will only verify by number. Definitely the worse experience I have had and again no way to transfer or access the account right now. Horrible

PayPal will not accept this bank account they claim that for security purposes they will not work with this bank. After having my account for a week I get an email in the morning from an agent named Clay. He tells me “ After careful consideration, we regret to inform you
that we will not be able to move forward with your
Treecard account. If you currently have a balance in
Treecard, we recommend working with your bank to
retrieve those funds.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
and thank you for your interest in Treecard.”

On the app there’s no way to transfer funds and my money is now stuck in limbo. I received this email at 9 am and ever since I’ve been doing my best to contact someone to no avail. This is a disaster and hands down the worst service I’ve had with any bank ever. I have to dispute this now with my regular checking account.

I think this is a cool idea to plant trees with everyday purchases but you cannot transfer funds outside of the card meaning any money put on the card is stuck there. I contacted support and they confirmed that this is the case. The other issue is the app keeps logging me out every few days, so every other day you have to log back into the app and set up Face ID.
