What are the most common settings that I need to check when steps not showing or updating. All other info works like batt levels, weather, heart rate.

I've been loving your app and made many watchfaces. But now when I want to include a video snip in my creations the video tab is grayed out and can't use it except still images. Can you fix that video button so I can pick a video to add in my cellphone gallery?
