HORRIBLE!!

My dress was supposed to come October 30th-October 9th *day of my homecoming* It is now October 12th and still no dress. I also have still yet to receive a tracking number or any information on my order at all. I have emailed two times now. First time I reached out about my issue last week I was asked to send my order number, after I sent it I never heard back. I emailed again 3 days ago and still nothing. Unfortunately I had to go to my last senior homecoming without the dress that I had been so excited to wear. This was my first time shopping from this store and now I will never buy from here ever again. I know that a lot of people are having the same issues as me and that’s just crazy. This store is specifically for special event dresses and it’s sad how many people I’ve seen who’s special nights have been ruined because of this. It’s even worse that y’all are not taking accountability of the problem or letting your PAYING customers know in advance that y’all are having delays. If i could rate this store a zero I would... Spend your money somewhere else!!! Cute dresses, but not worth the trouble at all. Very disappointing.

horrible experiences w/ shipping & customer service

I wish I checked LucyintheSkyStore before ordering anything. I ordered two dresses in early June, and haven’t received any word on the progress. The dresses were supposed to ship on July 11 and 12. I emailed customer service, and was met with a reply along the lines of “we don’t have this in stock, refund issued”. However, still no word about the other dress I ordered. I checked the website; the dress that was refunded is still up on the website, with shipping as soon as that weekend. Yet my dress was refunded and never delivered for no stock. My other dress is also on the website, stating earliest shipping August 13 (I ordered my dresses June 10). I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and the only response I get is the same cookie cutter “We replied to your messsage.” over and over and over. Really disappointed in this company. I decided to check LucyintheSkyStore out to see the reviews, which all relate to the same experience I’m having. The styles are all super cute, but I never received anything I ordered so I can’t attest to the quality. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience.

Worst website ever

Things you want don’t restock. So when you need a different size you cannot exchange. They hold your money and don’t do refunds. So then you have to buy something you didnt want or need in the first place. Make sure to check WHEN the item will ship as even though it seems like something is “in stock” there’s a chance it won’t ship for two weeks or possibly ever. 2 items I bought showed in stock and I had to contact customer service just to tell me they don’t have it. So stupid.

worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.

i bought my dress multiple weeks in advance, the expected delivery date was between october 12-22nd, it is now the 28th and my dress has just now shipped. i’ve emailed asking for a refund, and even received an email yesterday stating my dress was out of stock and that i could get a refund back to my card, so i emailed again asking for said refund and then got a shipping notification the following morning. such a severe lack of communication. when i did get a response from an email i sent shortly after i placed my order, it was after 5 days and not even from their direct customer support email but from someone through their zendesk. i needed my dress by the 15th and it has now been over 2 weeks since then. frustrating. do not order from here unless its multiple months in advance.

Worst Customer Service Ever.

I ordered two dresses on September 16th. One of them arrived quickly, within a week after I ordered. However, the tracking status of my other dress is unknown and hasn’t even been shipped yet. The latest expected DELIVERY date was over 3 days ago. I emailed the customer service twice, tried their “live chat” option-all with no response. I need my dress for my homecoming that is in a few days, and I don’t think i’m going to get any response. Why would you provide an email for customers to contact if you aren’t going to answer?!?? I’m extremely frustrated and am never ordering from Lucy in the Sky again.

Delayed order and then canceled with no explanation

Ordered my dress in March. Estimated ship date was between March 29th-April 7th. Did not hear from them and did not receive a tracking number so I messaged them. I was told that my order will be shipped out no later than April 22nd. April 22nd came and still no update. Messaged them again and they told me that there is issues with my order and that I will have to cancel it (mind you everything was already paid and there was no explanation as to what the issue was). This was suppose to be my graduation dress and now I have to go shopping last minute. The refund takes 10-13 business days to process.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!

i tried ordering 2 dresses 1 month before my prom and the first dress was supposed to come a week before the actual date of my prom. a couple days after the expected delivery date i reached out and they told me my dress was in “traffic” and i wouldn’t receive it until june. canceled the order and wanted a refund , but they would only give me store credit. so i bought a dress for my graduation at the beginning of june. 2 weeks after i placed the order i got a notification that THEY canceled my order. not me. i was furious so i reached out again and they told me there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t refund me my money back.

Terrible experience

I ordered a dress for prom, I was informed that it would take a while for the dress to be shipped so I ordered it two months in advance. A month passes and my dress has been labeled as “out for delivery” for over a week. Since there is no number to contact this business with, and never anyone available in their so called live chat. I’ve been emailing them back and forth for over a week now, and not a single problem has been resolved because they refuse to take responsibility for their actions and lack of ability to run a business. I highly recommend not ordering from this brand or supporting it as they have been the worst people to work with on resolving this issue.

Save your money

Lucy is the Sky has is the WORST. They cannot figure out how to get a dressed mailed to you. We ordered a dress for my daughter for homecoming and it did not come in time, so they offered us ONLY store credit. So we tried again. Knowing they are slow on delivery, we gave ourselves, what I thought, a large window, 2 months. We recently ordered 2 dresses OVER a month ago (May 17) and have still not received the dresses. We contacted them and Lucy is the Sky still has no intention of being able to send the dress until next month (July 19), which is too late for our event. They may have cute dresses in theory, but I am not sure this isn’t a scam to take your money and ONLY offer store credit to keep your money. STAY AWAY!!!

Ridiculously long wait

I saw a bunch of posts around homecoming saying people didn’t get their dresses in time, but I figured since it wasn’t really dress-buying season I’d make an order. I ordered from them on December 27th 2022. They said I’d get it any time from Jan. 7th-14th 2023. It’s now January 30th 2023. I’ve checked up on my order every day and it still only says “Payment Received”. I’ve gotten no shipping updates, no tracking number, it literally just hasn’t been shipped yet. The customer service is no use because all they do is tell you that you can cancel. This was my first time buying from this brand and definitely my last. No amount of pretty dresses can make me put up with the utter apathy for their customers and their timeframes.

i ordered my dress january 14th, my winter formal was on february 2nd. so obviously i’m thinking that my dress will arrive way before the dance. january 30th comes around, still no dress. my expected shipping date was the 16th, then i checked again and they moved it to the 31st. so i emailed one of the employees and she told me it wouldn’t get to my house until FEBRUARY 14th. i cancelled it and they gave me my refund, the employee told me that i could get my dress quicker if i clicked 24 hour shipping. i did this again , chose a different dress, clicked 24 hour shipping , and even paid a little more for express shipping. heads up, that doesn’t work either because my projected delivery date is february 7th. do NOT order here unless you want to wait 2 months for your dress.

terrible organization and terrible customer service😐

i ordered my dress a whole month and 6 days ahead of my homecoming. i thought to myself this should be plenty of time…yeah i got screwed over. i contacted customer service several times, they’re backed up with emails (shocker since everyone is having a terrible time ordering from here). i finally get a response that says my order will be shipped, not even delivered, TWENTY ONE days after the latest delivery date they gave me. if they know it’s homecoming season and advertise it everywhere, then why did they not think about this…and let alone if they want to make customers happy/ not be flooded with complaints, maybe they should consider emailing customers that they’re order will be late instead of having angry customers. i think it’s ridiculous, but some people might get lucky and not get screwed over like the rest of us. lucy didn’t slay and i’m very disappointed😔

Terrible customer service.

Lately I don't know what is going on with this company, but there is no one working in customer service. There used to be a chat that was available 24 hours a day and they would help you. Now every time I enter the chat it tells me that unfortunately there is no one available. So every time there is a problem you have to send an email, but there are always problems, I ordered a dress they never sent it to me, months went by and I never got an answer nor a tracking number of my package I sent email and by the fourth email I got an answer the only thing they did was to give me my money back to order again, but my dress was already sold out. I ordered another dress and a top and the same thing is happening and they have not sent my package I have been waiting two weeks for a tracking number and nothing they give me one and when I ordered it said it would be sent three days later and it has been two weeks.

Please do not order from this place

I have now experienced what many other people have experienced from this store too. I ordered my dress last month, September 20th. And the timeframe it gave to me for its delivery was October 1st - October 13th. It is currently October 13th and I still have not even received a tracking number. I emailed their customer service on Sunday, October 9th, asking for help since I didn’t have my tracking number and they STILL haven’t gotten back to me. I emailed them yesterday practically begging for them to respond and they still haven’t responded. It’s the fact that I ordered LAST month, NEARLY A WHOLE MONTH ahead of my homecoming and they still haven’t even given me any sign that this dress is gonna come. My homecoming is this Friday, October 15th. I’ve come to the conclusion that this dress will not come on time or may not even come at all?? I’m honestly panicking and lowkey feel like crying. It’s my senior year and I just really wanted to stand out this year but nevermind… I want my money back. This is horrible.

Horrible costumer service

I rarely write reviews, but I'm really disappointed. I've been shopping at Lucy in the Sky since 2020, but I guess they don't care about their customers. I know they give store credit, and I've never had any issues with it because I've always loved buying clothes from them, but that changed recently when I received my dress, which has a stain and the sleeve does not stay on. I emailed customer services and explained the situation, explaining that I can't get store credit because the dress won't arrive in time for my cruise, so I requested for a refund so I don’t lose my money since I do have to buy another dress in-store. I think it's very unprofessional of them to say they can't do anything about it, especially since I've spent so much money at their store and I just want a refund. I advise you guys to shop elsewhere because if your dress doesn't fit or you decide you don't like it, they won't give you anything else but store credit, and they take a very long time to ship their items. They just lost a very loyal customer!

JUST DON’T!!

BEWARE! HOMECOMING NIGHTMARE! If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a dress the beginning of aug. Email said the dress would ship sept 12th, it was on back order. 12th came and went never heard boo. I reached out, now the dress wasn't going to ship until Sept 29th. No one contacted me to let me know (I needed the dress for the 22nd). I was told if I wanted to wait until after 29th they would give me a 25% discount otherwise I could cancel my order. I cancelled and ordered another dress which they assured me would ship that day and be here in time. It is now sept 18th. Fed ex said it has been sitting at their facility for 3 days, I should contact Lucy in the sky to have them escalate it. Lucy in the sky says contact fed ex and if you don't receive by 21st. I said I need for 22nd so my daughter ends up with no dress for homecoming? I ordered way back beginning of august! They have no customer service number and the people monitoring the chats don't give a crap. Worst experience ever. They have no problem taking my money, but delivery the product is an entirely different story. NEVER AGAIN!

Cannot fulfill shipping dates

I have ordered twice, over 6 weeks in advance and the date always changes. I order in plenty of time before an event and you always say it’s made to order. If I place an order on 9/11 and the arrival date is 10/5, then it should arrive. Nope I was told new arrival date is 10/21 and the event is on 10/22. Emailed my concerns and was told it’s a made to order company and I would receive tracking info 2 days before shipping. Or I could cancel my order for store credit?!!! Are they crazy?!?!?!?

Not happy

Overall I was very happy with the dress quality but during the shipping process I was very unsatisfied. I was given no information how long these dresses would take. Also, I was told that all of my dresses would ship June 25th and 1 out of 3 of the dresses I ordered actually shipped on that date. It is now June 30th and I still have no further updates. I reached out using the email given on the website and what they basically told me is they have no idea when they are going to come and I can order a new dress if I want. The customer service was just horrible in general. I love the quality and I’ve heard of people with good experiences unfortunately I was not one of them. This whole process was very frustrating and I don’t think it was worth my money.

Love the Brand, but the app needs help

You have so many cute products, but the way LucyintheSkyStore is set up isn’t the easiest to navigate. The videos are cool and innovative but i wish you would give the option to watch the videos at the end or beginning of the pictures. And possibly include a favorite button for when you’re browsing so you don’t have to click on the video every single time to like the product.

BEST DRESSES EVER

So I know all of you guys are saying taht the shipping is late but maybe just think ahead and get it a few days before and not on the day of. I got my dress and it’s so beautiful and just in time and great quality I love it. The service is great and the website is very easy to use 10/10 would recommend.
