I have a total amount of 9000 naira in this app app,I can’t withdraw my money,it keeps saying service downtime for weeks now,when I called them they didn’t reply,Klasha is fake I recommend you not to download it

You people actually steal people hard earn money with poor service how will someone
Will not be able to withdraw the money he deposit it should be remove from Klasha Store this is bullsh*t

I’ve been having issues for weeks trying to convert my naira into dollar and the service issue keeps coming up and now I cannot get back my money and can’t use it too. This is just absurd

Please don’t fall a victim of Klasha. You will never be able to get your money out of Klasha . They will keep telling you withdrawal start 11 am and still won’t work after 11 am and they will also tell you your linked bank with your name is not in your legal name. THEY ARE BIG SCAM !!!

Very bad app I can’t get my money out of it and I can’t even get black card either .. always service down trying to fix it for over few weeks now nothing is done yet .. I texted you guys on instagram you said same thing and you didn’t do anything

I was using Klasha quite well to fund my business ads only for Klasha to force me to update it, after I updated Klasha my card got deactivated with no means of reactivating it. That’s very poor, there’s no existing customer service just bots that keep repeating the same B.S. I wouldn’t recommend Klasha to my enemies

After creating the pink card, none of the online payment I initiated worked. I had to request to withdraw my money. For more than 2 months now, this app have refused to give me back my money. Telling me that they are having a system maintenance. You all should be careful with this application

Do not ever download Klasha. They’re not but a sham. For a week now, I haven’t been able to withdraw my money. They keep telling me try tomorrow. I couldn’t use their virtual card for any payment as well. It always keeps getting rejected. They say withdrawal starts by 11am daily. Every day by exactly 11am I keep on trying to withdraw but it doesn’t work. And when I contact their customer service some minutes later, they tell me that I should try tomorrow. This has been going on for a week now. AppStore please get Klasha off. They’re nothing but scammers.
Shame on you guys this app developers. You pay people to come on here and leave positive reviews. You guys are inhumane. I would never have even given a rating. But my messages wouldn’t get through if I don’t do so.

Opened this app last year. Love the UI. And the KlashaCart feature looks promising, but…

Turns out I made a single typo in my email address while signing up. Now support says this can’t be changed. I.e, I’m stuck with an account I can’t possibly receive emails from lol.

Even my bank’s email can be changed. This is unheard of.

The UI is awesome, customer service responses are always happy to help. No missing funds. I recommend 👍

Klasha is easy to navigate and straightforward to use, I’d recommend it to everyone

Seems it’s a pattern as any payment app originating from Nigeria performs great from the beginning then all of a sudden starts disappointing it’s old customers. The customer service are out of touch with reality where tech issues are concerned. My app was working well until the second week of May 2022, the cards stoped receiving funding, then the matter became worse after their new upgrade call KlashaCart, infact after updating I lost all my previous cards with the money in it into oblivion and now I can’t even create a new card and can’t fund any virtual card either cos there’s non to fund.

Klasha is really what it said it is, Good services all round, no complaints.
And the best thing is the Virtual card.

I had an issue while trying to get my virtual card, the creation fee was debited but I was not given the card. I contacted customer support and it was resolved under an hour. That was really pleasant🤗🤗🤗

this app has been wonderful, transacting on it has been easy and straightforward. The black and pink cards are great for international transactions. I so much love using Klasha .
