We just received our voting information. I open the camera and focus on the Fast Pass Tag. It says to open in Edge and I click on that. Edge opens and shows the voter fast pass. I click on add and it opens vote.nyc. I open NYS Wallet and it isn't there. Where is it?
When opening the app, it indicates the pin must be reset but the page is cutoff and frozen so nothing can be input. How can this be resolved?
I already have the NYS wallet app on my android phone. I am unable to set up the new pin. its like the page is cut off and it becomes frozen.
You sent a text or notification about something, but I can't log in as I have no idea what my 8 digit pin would be and the app is stuck on asking for it even though I said reset it and now it refuses to leave the keyboard screen, no matter what. This message was created 12/8/22 at about 11:20am.
I've downloaded the Excelsior Pass Plus, but it doesn't appear in a NYS Wallet icon or any other icon on my phone for access.
