I’m trying to setup a new account. If asks me for my first name and after I type it and hit the error to progress, the next screen is blank and there is no option to go back or forward.

Screen is frozen at "Ready to see your custom plan?" screen during set up. I can't select "Yes..." or "I'm not sure yet..."
