How to fix SoFlow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SoFlow app on iPhone
Update SoFlow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SoFlow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SoFlow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SoFlow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SoFlow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SoFlow app issues:

Force Stop the SoFlow App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SoFlow app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SoFlow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SoFlow App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SoFlow app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SoFlow.

Fix SoFlow unable to contact server/ SoFlow internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SoFlow » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SoFlow » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SoFlow on android.
