hello me and my brother cannot load up rok on any account, it will start loading and for me it will say log in and for him it just doesn't load at all, same as his girlfriend and friends we have contact to outside of rok

On level 11, need to get to level 17 before I loose my reward. After update game crashes. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, changed devices nothing works
ROK will not remain open after update on 24-10-22 Auto shuts down. Cleared cache, updated everything, restarted. What next?
I've played RoK for 825 days straight now. Starting about 2 weeks ago, it just started crashing. It doesn't matter if I am playing on my HP Chromebook, or my Samsung A02s phone; both of them crash the same amount. Crashing every time I open the app, especially if there is a big battle, or sometimes when no action whatsoever is going on. This is very frustrating especially when you have spent thousands of dollars in-game. Please fix this Lilith.
