Sunbit is seriously flawed. In every page, from the home page and beyond, has their buttons all cut in half, and it’s nearly impossible, to plainly see the labels on the buttons. You either have to guess what the buttons are for or just click every button and hope the page, that appears, is the one you’re looking for. If it’s not the one you’re looking for, then you’ll have to go back and continue to navigate. Speaking of of “going back”, that’s an added problem. It’s probably related to the half buttons. Once you go forward you can’t go back. If you go to a page that was unintended or you’re just want to navigate a different page, you have to close Sunbit altogether and start from the beginning. Otherwise, from what I can tell, Sunbit has all of the info needed.

I have had nothing but issues with Sunbit since downloading it... My Face ID does not work without me signing in first, which I have done numerous times… so there’s virtually no point in even having a Face ID feature at this point.
I go to enter my credentials manually, and I’m met with :”Technical Error: Try Again or Contact us”.

Then the browser website doesn’t even show me both of my loans, so I can only make payments on my first loan while the second one is just hanging in limbo… come on now, this is my credit that I’m trying to build! Real life stuff that MATTERS!

I will not be using this company again. Approval amount and down payment isn’t worth it when having repairs at a dealership. I will stick with SNAP FINANCE simply because the amount offered actually covers the repairs. I paid over $500 in a down payment and $1500 out of pocket and still have a balance. The purpose of financing is not to pay so much out of pocket. $3100 bill and only financed $1200. This definitely isn’t a 90 days same as cash type of financing. Definitely no referrals from me.

Sunbit is absolutely the worst.
There are options that don’t work. I have had the account for 3 months and I can not see transactions. The only part that does work is payment. This month the paid the statement balance and I signed on the next day check my status and it says my minimum payment amount is past due??? My statement balance was more than the minimum payment. And trying to get a representative is absolutely impossible.

I submitted an application for general work, but didn’t want the Invisalign after all went to go cancel and I’m still in the process of canceling reached out several times to support and they have been no help so think twice before applying. They also charge a 15% fee to cancel even if you cancel right away

Every time it is time to either view your account or pay Sunbit doesn’t show your information. I called and they told me to delete Sunbit and reinstall. Ok, I did that but this is a constant issue. It seems to me that they are trying to make the customer fail at their payments in order to receive interest or late fees. They need to fix Sunbit or the Bug it is causing!

I got approved for $500 I spent $20 on hair products 40 in gas and 10 on food and the next day my card was locked and they closed my account and they said that they closed it because of suspicious activity so I called to see what the suspicious activity was and they said that it was suspicious fraud on my account and they would not tell me what transaction was fraud or suspicious to them.

I have the most up to date version and have tried to un and reinstall. When I try to pay anything Sunbit just stops responding. It usually takes me several attempts of force closing and reopening just to submit a payment. I typically just give up and try again another time.

Sunbit doesn’t work properly on Iphone12.
Only thing I am able to do is pay bill and open settings. Everything else doesn’t open, just shows a circle loading symbol if I try to open any other menu. Sunbit is fully updated and I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works. It’s been a problem for months now.
The service is great, I love the credit card and I can use the website if I need to. The rating is just for Sunbit .

Overall, Sunbit is all right. The only thing that needs to be addressed that you still have to log onto the website on to see the status of is, when you make a payment you’re not able to see it anywhere on any transactions, except for the website I made a payment and it’s not reflecting on Sunbit but it’s reflecting on the website, please correct the problem soonest.

Sunbit used to run great but recently it seems to have bugs. For one i really loved how as soon as you made a purchase, whether online or in store, it used to send a push notification immediately. This was especially useful in knowing if any fraud was taking place because obviously if it wasn’t you you’d know. I’ve went through the in app settings as well as my phone’s notifications settings and i can’t seem to get it to work anymore. Please look into this because it was one of my favorite features about Sunbit. And secondly your balance used to update immediately as well now it takes literal days for it to update which is really annoying when it comes to knowing exactly how much money you have at a glance.

Haven’t been able to get approved for ANyTHING, ANYWHERE, from ANYONE for years due to my near nonexistent/apparently bad credit. Until an emergency visit to the dentist required more money than I had on me and the dentist suggested I apply with this app I initially declined saying not to waste the time. But I was talked into trying anyways. To my surprise, I was approved! although $300 is a very very small amount, I happened to only be short $400 for the service needed that day. So this allowed me to pay for the emergency services that day.! my payments were only $30 a month. After three on time payments, my credit score went up 49 points! Now I don’t know too much about how credit works and I’m not sure if this app had anything to do with that, but I do know my credit score before I applied for this app, and then I haven’t done anything since then . I only made three on-time payments to this app. And my score is up 49 points. Either way,, thank you so much to this app for approving me when no one else would.

I simply love everything about this app. There customer service is top notch, app very user friendly, and all around centered around serving the customer.

I enjoy having it because of being on a limited income, it helps with my electric bill & a few necessities.
And r real good at not charging a high interest rate.

This is by far the best card I have received. Sunbit is so convenient to make payments on. I would really recommend this card to all those who love genuine service.

I love the ease and quick payment process on Sunbit. It credits my account immediately upon receipt of payment. It hits the bank immediately but takes 3-4 days to finish processing

Most amazing app and very very distinguished amongst other accurate in updating you of what you bought where and when it was purchased how much you have left and when your payment is due?
Can't be compared with others at all everything about this app is great.

I love how easy the this app app is to use to make payments and check on my credit card transactions. When my card was lost I was able to easily report it and get a replacement without calling. I also like that it shows me how I spend my money in spending categories, because it helps me budget better.

Love Sunbit. So easy to use and navigate. Also, great card too. I highly recommend this card and app.
