I have no idea how Televika was tested and deployed! We cannot watch anything with it! After logging in, when I click on any shows to watch it tells me to log in again! After logging in AGAIN, it tells me that I’m logged in but I need to log in again to watch the show. And this whole thing repeats… after logging in 3 times it gives an error that you’ve reached maximum number of logins (3) and shows the same up address of my phone 3 times 🤦🏻‍♂️ so basically completely useless! Also why is there no Apple TV app? Their website is also not so great in that the AirPlay button built in their website doesn’t work for airplaying on Apple TV so in the end we are forced to watch the shows only on laptop

Just tried emailing their support through Televika and it gives me error 500? In Farsi it said something referencing and error. Televika crashes constantly on iPhone iOS and I am very shocked at the 5 star rating since I constantly have to restarted my phone to get Televika unfreeze. Worst js that no app support available. This is terrible

I watched few episodes and movies, then suddenly it started to give error messages anytime I chose to watch anything in Televika , I have played for 6 months membership, was able to use Televika less than a week

Asks to log in and then ask for log in again and again. Doesn’t play anything. Then it says you can’t log in with more than 3 devices but all 3 are same device. Get it fixed

Televika is nothing but a scam

Why I can’t watch live TV on your app? That's the whole reason I am paying for this.

I like it but here is an advice could you please add Persian TV (seda sima) on mobile app also cuz it’s just available on TV.
