Terrible app with no useful functionality

I have no idea how this app was tested and deployed! We cannot watch anything with it! After logging in, when I click on any shows to watch it tells me to log in again! After logging in AGAIN, it tells me that I’m logged in but I need to log in again to watch the show. And this whole thing repeats… after logging in 3 times it gives an error that you’ve reached maximum number of logins (3) and shows the same up address of my phone 3 times 🤦🏻♂️ so basically completely useless! Also why is there no Apple TV app? Their website is also not so great in that the AirPlay button built in their website doesn’t work for airplaying on Apple TV so in the end we are forced to watch the shows only on laptop
No app support

Just tried emailing their support through this app and it gives me error 500? In Farsi it said something referencing and error. The app crashes constantly on iPhone iOS and I am very shocked at the 5 star rating since I constantly have to restarted my phone to get the app unfreeze. Worst js that no app support available. This is terrible

I watched few episodes and movies, then suddenly it started to give error messages anytime I chose to watch anything in the app, I have played for 6 months membership, was able to use the app less than a week
