My account was blocked with my money inside for reasons I don't know. I submitted all the documents they requested and over 5 months, nothing has been done. Emails they don't reply and I keep getting on hold for calls. I regret using this bank
2nd Kiosk Not Working

Just been to my 2nd kiosk now and it’s also not working. So, I find myself driving around Johannesburg for basic banking needs. This is becoming silly now. It was worth a try, but just another poor customer experience like FNB who I’m looking to leave.
iOS says Jailbroken

I am struggling to login been a month i m using all my right details but they not sending OTP yeses i email to them but staff who works for this bank it’s totally totally useless I wish i give them f*****g zero zero star😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
