MyPorsche app lost ability to connect to 2020 Taycan on 1 May 2023. PCM shows 3 bars signal but no LTE. Had just finished 800 mile trip previous day. App has been reloaded and is up to date. App on Android phone will support charging but not indicate any info about SOV or charging rate or progress.

App has not updated data for 2 weeks now (I have 2021 Cayenne E-Hybrid). I've deleted and reinstalled the app and that hasn't solved the problem. I've tried it on multiple strong wifi networks and on cellular data only. No luck. Suggestions?

The app constantly indicates “theft detected” and only limited data is available. Also, it’s not connecting to the server. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, but that doesn’t help.
