I have tried to withdraw money from my account and it appears CredPal does everything to ensure I am unable to withdraw. This is unfair. I credited money in my account but I’m unable to withdraw. This is looking suspicious and I may have to report CredPal.

Very useless app that only gets you stressed over nothing… This company is fraud or do I say incompetent as their services isn’t friendly and active as described… I tried getting a loan and I had to wait for 24 hrs to get approved which was fine,after 24 hrs I got email saying I was approved but only for me to receive a call later saying I have to make an investment of #12,000 to access my credit wallet… How crazy do you demand money from someone applying to get a loan ,talk less of such amount being demanded…. After confirming the call is really from the company,I’m much more convinced that this people are just some sorta pest trying to gain off from the majority 👎

CredPal is a scam, I first downloaded CredPal last year, and off the bat the first thing I noticed is that you can put money in, but you will not be able to take it out, no matter what you do, after realizing that, I wanted to delete my account and my details from CredPal and obviously, they wouldn’t. Fast forward a year, I got a text from them and I decided to give it another chance, maybe it was all a misunderstanding, nope, it was not, same tactics, they want you to put money in CredPal that you will never be able to take out.
Use CredPal at your own risk

I was complaining about zenith bank poor customer service CredPal is the worse. Their customer service number doesn’t go through it very hard to reach out to them my account with this app is missing some money and when I tried to get it back they locked my account and provide a fake phone number for me to call. Please realese my money end my investment I want my money out have paid your high interest credit card loan which I won’t use have been on this for some days now I want my money out please

CredPal is bad, I was charged #250 to my bank account and then boom I can get in CredPal after that, I am being duped of 250 and am sure am not the first person and this will go on and on if we don’t report this

CredPal is top notch, doesn’t get too much frequent updates as other apps annoyingly do, but very very bad customer service experience. My account has been I inactive for well over 2 months now and nothing has been done, chatting customer service on CredPal , no response, the phone number there doesn’t exist when I call, the customer service I could reach via normal line not being professional.

Got active after 3days, but how do I get the card and also can the money on the card be transfer to a bank account from CredPal ?

Why does it keep saying transaction can not be completed each time i try to make a transfer to my bank or get an airtime ? It’s been up to a week now

I have a issue setting up my transaction pin, it keeps telling me something is wrong and I tried to chat the support system but it’s not going through

Since I downloaded CredPal have been unable to complete the process because they said my number is not linked to my bvn which was a lie and I tried nin too

It's a nice platform but not instant loan as they say but definitely you will get the loan if you meet the criteria

I’m giving 5🌟 cause I see this platform been great app but ones supposed to be able to change the bank account details on the platform if ones needs to cause that’s important too unlike me now I closed down my previous bank account cause of their acts so I have no choice than to close it and make use of another bank 🏦 account. So please it’s very important cause it not possible for me to get from this platform to bank account that doesn’t work for me anymore🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
