How to fix Notificator app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Notificator app on iPhone
Update Notificator app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Notificator iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Notificator on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Notificator network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Notificator Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Notificator not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Notificator App
1. On android, goto Settings » Notificator » click [Force Stop]

Update Notificator to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Notificator App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Notificator » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Notificator.

Fix Notificator unable to contact server/ Notificator internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Notificator » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Notificator » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Notificator
