I updated my Apple iMac a couple of days ago to Ventura 13.1 and now my GIF keyboard will suddenly stop working and the App will not restart unless I restart my computer. Then, the same behavior after restarting the computer. Any suggestions to fix this problem?

After updating my phone the gifs in messenger don't work anymore. I have turned my phone on and off, deleted and added the keyboard but nothing works. Still ok in text messages but not messenger.

Texting Gifs from gif keyboard from iPhone not being delivered after ios16 update. Have tried all available troubleshooting known… motion, region, restarts, redownload app, connection, etc.
