I updated my Apple iMac a couple of days ago to Ventura 13.1 and now my GIF keyboard will suddenly stop working and the App will not restart unless I restart my computer. Then, the same behavior after restarting the computer. Any suggestions to fix this problem?

After updating my phone the gifs in messenger don't work anymore. I have turned my phone on and off, deleted and added the keyboard but nothing works. Still ok in text messages but not messenger.

How to fix GIF Keyboard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GIF Keyboard app on iPhone
Update GIF Keyboard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GIF Keyboard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GIF Keyboard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GIF Keyboard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GIF Keyboard Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GIF Keyboard not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GIF Keyboard App
1. On android, goto Settings » GIF Keyboard » click [Force Stop]

Update GIF Keyboard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GIF Keyboard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GIF Keyboard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GIF Keyboard.

Fix GIF Keyboard unable to contact server/ GIF Keyboard internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GIF Keyboard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GIF Keyboard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GIF Keyboard
