How to fix AirFinder app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirFinder app on iPhone
Update AirFinder app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirFinder iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirFinder on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirFinder network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AirFinder Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AirFinder not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AirFinder App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirFinder » click [Force Stop]

Update AirFinder to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirFinder App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirFinder » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirFinder.

Fix AirFinder unable to contact server/ AirFinder internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirFinder » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirFinder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirFinder
