How to fix Findly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Findly app on iPhone
Update Findly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Findly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Findly network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Findly app issues:

Force Stop the Findly App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Findly app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Findly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Findly App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Findly app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Findly.

Fix Findly unable to contact server/ Findly internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Findly » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Findly » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Findly on android.
