This app was working fine for me until a few days ago when I was in the middle of recording something and it crashed on me. I tried to close out of the app and it kept crashing. I turned off my phone and restarted it, hoping it would work but it didn’t. I deleted the app and reinstalled it again but now it keeps giving me an error message about “Topology was destroyed” as I tried to sign into my account. I tried making a new account using a different email and it told me that the email I used has already been used when I only used one email address.
Common dislikes about Riff app

- No option to create videos alone without seeing everybody
- Confusing interface and difficulty in deleting account
- App freezes and deletes recordings, causing frustration and dissatisfaction.
