Moodfit keeps saying it can't connect. I have cleared the cache, restarted the phone, tried logging out and back in, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. What's going on here?

I have a problem with the moodfit app. I am trying to send data to my provider and the only option I get is email or upload csv file. I tried to convert to pdf file but it cuts half of the information I put in on a daily basis. How can I fix this issue?
