My LoJack App has been frozen since Feb 1, 2024. Won't track my vehicle it stays in that last place my vehicle was last reported and won't move. I have logged out and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again but nothing.

My trips are not tracking. Each date starts with 12:00 AM and shows the driving to each stop but it doesn't save it as a trip and ends back at home as if the vehicle just drove around for 10 hrs.
