Cannot find my app for UPTV after my internet went down. My name and password will not work when I go to my account. I pay by the year for this. I am thinking about canceling my subscription.

The adds are running right next to the movie. The movie scene is still playing with no sound but there are multiple adds running at the same time and the adds have sounds. I can’t watch a movie like that. The movie I was watching was Love Under the Lemon Tree!
