My UPtv Reviews

Periodically, when touching MyUPtv icon, this app app makes my whole phone screen go black. But MyUPtv usually comes back when I close it and open it back up. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries.
However, everytime I try to access MyUPtv since last night into this afternoon, all I get is a black screen! So I need to know what makes this happen. Does this happen to anyone else?

MyUPtv allows you to see movies you want to watch. However, after watching them, you are unable to search and find the movie you just watched. The only way to do that is to watch the movie the same day you record it. Take a look at Hallmark’s App. You are able to find and mark watched on most movies (up to about 95 % or so). While there app isn’t perfect, yours has a long, long way to go!!!

I got MyUPtv so I could keep track of movies I watched. I just watched a movie on UPtv and wanted to mark it as “watched” but I can’t find the movie on MyUPtv . I used the search button, typing in the exact title and it returned “no results.” This has happened many times now. If you show a movie, it should be on your app. Take a lesson from Hallmark app. It is so much more user friendly.

I’ve had MyUPtv since I first heard of its existence and I do appreciate all the improvements made thus far. One complaint I have lately though is that if I mark something as “watched,” that label disappears when the movie leaves MyUPtv . When the movie reappears, everything resets. So for instance, I marked one movie from the summer as watched, it went off-air during the winter Christmas movie season, and was no longer visible on MyUPtv . The same movie is showing up again in MyUPtv because it will be airing again in January in the “upcoming”section, but it does not have my “watched” mark on it anymore. You would expect it to have the little check mark on it still since I marked it as watched in the summer. I guess it is frustrating that the whole reason for using MyUPtv , to record what you watched and want to watch, only half works. With so make great movies, I do use the tracker to keep track of what I’ve already watched. So, it’s annoying to know that when a new batch of movies comes back around, I won’t know if I saw them or not, because they reset my selections. Next Christmas will be especially confusing with the 30ish movies i watched this year resetting. I hope that makes sense!

The latest update shows which movies are available on Up & Family, but now those movies (with orange border) don’t show which movies have been watched with green check mark on the main Upcoming Movies screen. You have to click on the movie to go to another screen to reminded if has been watched already. Please fix. Thanks!

I love the fact that I can now “check off” movies that I’ve watched. What I’m not loving is that movies seem to disappear after they have aired. I can’t “check them off” when I can’t find them. They don’t even come up when using the search function. Why exactly aren’t all UPTV movies in a searchable database???

MyUPtv is getting better but it gets hung up when I am putting reminders, I have to shut down the whole app and start over. I also can’t tell if I have watched a movie or not unless I open it. It would be nice if it was 1 click to put reminders for all new premiers.

First of all, let me say that I like the improvements made to MyUPtv! We can now mark that we’ve watched movies, set them as favorites, and set reminders in our calendar to watch. A couple things that I wish were different:
1. It would be nice to be able to mark movies as “want to watch” or something so that they’ll have an icon on them to remind me when I’m going through the list. I am not interested in watching all the movies, so it would be nice at a glance to see what upcoming movies I was interested in seeing.
2. I wish the movies didn’t go off MyUPtv . Currently, the only movies on MyUPtv are the ones that are upcoming in the next couple weeks. Once they’ve aired, if they’re not airing again for a while, they are removed from MyUPtv . But if I’ve set things to record, sometimes they’re already off MyUPtv by the time I go to mark them as watched.
I think it would be nice to add a section for all movies. Then you could still have a section for upcoming, but all the movies are always available to look at.

Ever since they added the boarders to indicate that the movie is available on the Up TV streaming service, you can’t see the green checks that indicate the movie has been watched. Please modify the layout so this is visible again!

Works well for what it is. The developers should add a feature to check off if you’ve watched a movie - like a competing popular channel that has a Checklist app.

MyUPtv is a good way to preview upcoming movies. I like that it shows the day and time of the next showing and that I can set reminders for the movie I want to watch. I wish the description included the cast members and if the movie is based on a book or screenplay. I’d like a calendar page showing the upcoming schedule with links to movie description.

It's a good way to track the movies. I only have two suggestions. I would like to see numbers appear for the unwatched movies. Also, I would like to have the ability to acknowledge each movie watched.

Needs a checklist to mark off the movies we’ve seen so far! Loving the family friendly movies, keep them coming!

Love the list of movies that are out. Just wish there was a way to check off which ones I’ve watched so at a glance you can see what movies you need to still watch. Other than that it’s great!

I LOVE UPtv’s movies and especially Christmas movies! MyUPtv lets me find my favorites from Christmas past and what’s sure to become faves grime Christmas present!

Finally, the perfect app to help the family plan our holiday viewing on our favorite network! Great job, UPtv!

So many wonderful movies on this channel. MyUPtv allows me to set calendar reminders and alerts - keeps me organized! So many movies I don’t miss a single one.

So many movies so little time! MyUPtv helps me find the movies I’m interested in seeing during the holiday season and reminds me when they’re running. App is easy to navigate as well!

Finally! MyUPtv shows me all the upcoming movies on UP, date & time, previews, and I can set a reminder, download to my calendar, share, and even see what channel wherever I’ll watch from. Love it!

The up faith and family app is great one of the best family movies streaming services good 4K quality on mobile and tv and not that expensive too if I had to pick between getting $55 in cash or this I would pick this I highly recommend this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

HAVE A GREAT DAY

I like that I know what is coming and that I’m able to check off what I see. However, once the movie has played it disappears and if watched delayed you miss the opportunity to check off. Additionally, it doesn’t appear that all upcoming movies are listed on MyUPtv . Finally, the ones I did check off about a week later showed up as unchecked. Not sure why this occurred, but I had to recheck all (that I could) off again.

I’m so ready for all of the Christmas movies and MyUPtv will keep be on track so I never miss a new one!
