Why can’t I open or watch a video to unlock new chapters?

Not all my books are updating on my iPhone app. They update on my tablet no problem but not on my iPhone and it is not all books affected😩. I removed and re added the book with our luck and then removed the app and readd with no luck I know there are chapters not showing as I can see them on my tablet

No matter what I press in the app it will write failed and will not load I can’t read for the past few months 😒

I'm reading one of book Charlie Wade up to chapters 5232 why can't I have to wait a hole day before I go to the next chapter l started reading that book last year and can't seem to finish it because of the fact that I have to wait a hole day for the next chapters

The audio on certain novels I'm reading have suddenly stopped working.

I am reading Married at First sight with the Yorks and ms Hunt. I have nearly read 2,000 pages I did not take a photo so I cannot remember where I left off. I want to continue this until finished. I find it hard when you put up another book for me to read before I finished the first one. Please reinstate the book for me to complete. Thank you Julie Brown

i want to buy the coins but it says payment error

I’ve been reading a book and then for a weeks didn’t read. When I open the app it took me back almost 1/2 to the front of the book. I can’t recall what chapter I was at, but very far from the beginning. Then the app asked for money. So I paid. But still to the “wrong” chapter. How can I go to the chapter I lady read? Thank You

I cant get it too load anything, the app opens and shows me pink books with the goodnovel G on not the book art work and when I try and open the book it either will just show a black box with the loading spinning circle for a while before saying failed or take me back 3 chapters but wont load my next one. None of the other parts of the app load anything at all. I have tried deleting and and reinstall. I dont want to do that too often as i have over 3000 credit right now.

I tried to read my chapters on the amazing Charlie wade and all of the sudden its just showing blank and not the story

ad's not loading

my app isnt successfully loading adverts and so i can't move on with the books I am reading. The botton to watch is showing as it attenpts to load new chapter but when i press it, it trys to load bit tjen says unsuccessful amd try later.

When I tap the place where it says tap ad it says ad is unavailable try again. I really need to watch ad to reas that chapter

The werewolf/ Alpha books i like to read are not showing up anymore. Even if I put the book in the search box nothing.The app is saying data not found.

I’ve been saving up bonus and reading a chapter or two max daily and all of my progress has gone, says my books have all gone down to 0% meaning i would have to re save up for all of the chapters i’ve lost. Upset about all of the books i’ve lost chapters on but mainly the one i got to 31% which took a while just getting to there and now i’m back on 0% it’s annoying to have to resave up is there anyway i can get my progress back?

I had gotten halfway through a book some months ago and decided to finish reading it only to find it reset my progress in the book and wants me to pay for the chapters just to get to where I was in the book.

The read aloud option has stopped working on all of the books I'm listening to. I have vision problems and reading is just not possible. How do I fix this? I'm ready to uninstall this application and just use Audible instead.
