I was charged twice on my credit card bill for UP Entertainment. Why? Also I have no sign in credentials, so I don't have a record of any password. I need help
I tried to cancel after subscribing to Faith and Family channel because I wasn't able to watch on my tv, however, I just got my credit card bill and there is still a charge for $64.94. Please refund my money and make sure the subscription is cancelled. Sincerely, Pamela Barbe

I was charged 64.98 for a subscription I did not want, cancelled subscription and was charged 21.95 to cancel. Why? What happened to my $64.95?

I changed TV's December of 2024. My UPTV account has been unused since then. I just looked up my bank account and found that I have been $6.59 every month since December of 2024. I doubt that I can get that money back, But I would like to cancel my subscription today.06/11/2025. Please email me as soon as it is completed, since there is no phone number to contact anyone. Terrible App

This app allows you to see movies you want to watch. However, after watching them, you are unable to search and find the movie you just watched. The only way to do that is to watch the movie the same day you record it. Take a look at Hallmark’s App. You are able to find and mark watched on most movies (up to about 95 % or so). While there app isn’t perfect, yours has a long, long way to go!!!
Black screen

Periodically, when touching the app icon, myUpTV app makes my whole phone screen go black. But the app usually comes back when I close it and open it back up. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries.
However, everytime I try to access the app since last night into this afternoon, all I get is a black screen! So I need to know what makes this happen. Does this happen to anyone else?

I got the app so I could keep track of movies I watched. I just watched a movie on UPtv and wanted to mark it as “watched” but I can’t find the movie on the app. I used the search button, typing in the exact title and it returned “no results.” This has happened many times now. If you show a movie, it should be on your app. Take a lesson from Hallmark app. It is so much more user friendly.
