This is the second time a survey has buffered indefinitely which makes me leave the survey as i'm not able to move forward or back. I'm wasting my time if the survey won't complete.

App froze in the middle of the survey, it’s stuck can’t go backwards or forward, the question is on screen but the answers are not, so there’s no way to continue.
