This is the second time a survey has buffered indefinitely which makes me leave the survey as i'm not able to move forward or back. I'm wasting my time if the survey won't complete.

How to fix Branded Surveys app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Branded Surveys app on iPhone
Update Branded Surveys app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Branded Surveys iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Branded Surveys on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Branded Surveys network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Branded Surveys Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Branded Surveys not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Branded Surveys App
1. On android, goto Settings » Branded Surveys » click [Force Stop]

Update Branded Surveys to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Branded Surveys App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Branded Surveys » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Branded Surveys.

Fix Branded Surveys unable to contact server/ Branded Surveys internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Branded Surveys » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Branded Surveys » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
