I went onto the website and all I see is a black screen im hoping it's just a website issue because it was working thing morning and this afternoon

My app gives me notifications every day telling me to log in and do my surveys. But when I open the app, the screen is just black. This issue has been occurring every day for 1 week. Can I uninstall and reinstall the app without consequence?
