Can't take another survey. It won't let me.

I have just tried to redeem my first set of points They wanted me to type in a code which they sent on my mobile I did this and the points have gone .I am not sure whether the code was accepted or whether I did it quickly enough. If I do not receive the gift card I will not be continuing
I asked for a payout if $293.27 on 1/17/25. I had asked for a physical gift card, but it was not available. I went online to reluctantly ask for a virtual gift card. During the time I was online completing this transaction, it asked if I wanted a physical card instead. I asked for that physical card. I have not received anything as of today (1/4/25), and I would appreciate any information you can give me. I realize that it may take up to 14 days, but wanted to verify. I certainly don’t want to lose that much cash for a year’s worth of surveys. Thank you for your help and your time.

I need to give you all my n ew Debit Card Number, as my old one had fraud on it.
OK. So I stayed up nearly all night one night just so I could reach silver and therefore make my payout instant. I have done this numerous times and cashed out to my PayPal with no problems. So once I reached silver the other night, I had roughly $15 to cash out to my PayPal. Well.....I think I accidentally put the wrong PayPal password in the first time I tried to log in through branded surveys bcuz it kept telling me that it couldn't cash out/verify/something or other to my PayPal......even though I've already done this numerous times. Now when I go back and try to put in the correct password, it won't even let me try. The error message keeps popping up instead. Then, to make matters even worse, my phone didn't lock while in my purse and it tried to cash me out with only a $10 Walmart card. And I'm sorry, but that just won't work for me. So I didn't continue on to verify the actual gift card payment. But now when I continue to keep trying to make adjustments and cash out the way I want to......it says I have to wait at least 12 hours for something to happen. I'm extremely aggravated. That extra bit of money I made was to pay for my daughter's school photos. And now that opportunity has come and gone. This is unacceptable. I want this issue taken care of immediately and I want my instant payout in my PayPal account now. I will not accept any other solution. If not, I am willing to delete my account......plus write a multitude of negative reviews regarding branded surveys.
I started with my first survey then for no reason the survey switched to Spanish so I stopped the survey. What happened? Did I hit the wrong key? How do I fix it?

They constantly bait you into taking surveys with promises of high points and minimal time then say it’s full and try to get you to take the lower paying longer timed surveys. They also send a ridiculous amount of email survey notifications all day long.
I constantly get kicked out of surveys stating they are full before I even start. The final straw was the survey I just took that was only supposed to be a short amount of time and just kept going and going. I was almost done and then it stated that I was only at 37%. I ended up stopping the survey because it kept asking the same questions and putting me back at 36%.
Maybe it was a test to see if I would go insane or maybe I was being pranked but don’t waste your time.
Surveys are a waste of time anyway when you think about the amount of time you put into them versus your actual payout. This one is one of the worst.
You Can Make Money BUT

A very frustrating process. You take so many surveys that you spend A LOT OF TIME on only to be rejected because you don’t qualify and you get 1 or 2 or even zero points.
I don’t mind being rejected if they would do it after you answer 10 or so questions. But if you spend 10, 15, 20 minutes on a survey and then they say you don’t qualify and you make no money AND you’ve given them plenty of information that they could still use but you don’t get paid for it.
If I’ve spent that much time then I should get at least 25 points or so.
I understood the process before I started. Everything in this app works the way they say it does but it’s not fair that I have to spend so much time on one survey, give them plenty of information and then don’t get paid anything.
The other day I spent 45 minutes taking surveys
and I think I got two maybe four points. I didn’t qualify for any of the surveys which is fine, but I want to take a survey and then have it say no quickly and let me try to take another survey.
I do use this app several times a day, and I do make money. I think I’ve been doing this for about 4 weeks and I’ve made $54. Equals to about two dollars a day. Which again, I have no problem with that. The problem I have is the amount of time I have to spend on some of the surveys and then don’t qualify.
Please note, this DOES NOT happen EVERY SURVEY. You CAN make money with Branded Surveys.

If you like wasting your time in the most tedious way possible this site is for you, Not only do they ban you once you attempt to withdraw your earned funds 2/10 times you complete a survey it will meet you with a notification stating survey is full or no match as if you didn’t go through the entire thing, not on a single instance did I miss or answer incorrectly an attention check, initially I assumed it was a glitch but the frequency is pure scam tactics, THE CHERRY ON TOP, once you get to your desired funds amount and go to cash out without any prior warning, error or security breach you will get banned before you can even verify your identity(because that makes total sense)(that was sarcasm for the idiots that run this company) can’t wait to see the day this company is sued into the ground
