InboxDollars Status

OK so I'm trying to sign up and create an account, it keeps telling me that there's already an account under my email. So I tried to sign in an hit forgot password, then it said the account has been deactivated. I have never had an account with you guys. So I'd like to move forward and get an account with inbox dollor. And I'd like the information about the account that was attached to my email. How long was this account opened for, when was it opened and what rewards did this account receive?

Everytime i type in my password and hit get rewarded it loads to another screen but stays on that blank screen till the app crashes. I havent been able to get my money

Since last evening I have not been able to access Inboxdollars to take surveys or play games. Say's Site is not available Is there a maintenance update being done. Would like to know what is happening. I am an old & ill and apply earning towards towards small necessities. Last night I was just a few cents from requesting a cash out but hat to take a pause. While stepped away for a few ,minutes I was unable to log into my account; Again. I would like to hear if there is an issue on my part or yours? And how can I assist or remedy an issue. App crashes in the middle of surveys, games and offers. I'm losing money.

Can’t play solitaire. Screen keeps moving!!!

I've a problem with my surveys not loading. The selection of surveys come up, I select a survey and then it just goes a white screen because the survey doesn't load

My phone number won't verify, even though I have been paid before, now it won't verify so i can't collect my payout. Help!

Word wipe won't work .... 'games' has a red dot next to it. ????

Not a survey problem. My problem is that recently Word Wipe has stopped working. I've been playing this for quite some time and it is my favorite online game. However recently it will not work. Whether I swipe letters or try clicking, after I "make" a word nothing happens. How can this be resolved?

Word wipe is not working all of a sudden. It is the first time that has happened.
