I have not been able to take surveys for two weeks instead I get the message - "We're Seeing Double' informing that I've already participated in the survey, which in every case is untrue. Please provide me detailed instructions on how to remedy this Survey Junkie error. Thanks!
Basically i can get the site up on my phone and laptop, but not the apple ipad...i suspect that is the probem, but do not know for sure.

it is over 4 weeks since the last survey ,i have had daily contact with customer support but nothing is happening to get me surveys i receive emails daily but nothing happens and there are still no results can you help resolve whatever issues there are and get me surveys
it is 9 days since i received surveys i have reached out to customer support and they tell me they are trying to send surveys that are like my profile .what i do not understand is that my profile has no changed and i have been doing surveys for some now as far as i am concerned nothing about my profile has changed so why all of a sudden no surveys ,can you help thanks harvey

I no longer have phone number or email address that I signed up with to redeem my rewards and no one will ever respond I've been waiting 3 weeks to redeem my rewards just keep getting same old typo they'll be in touch in 5 days
Every time I go to complete a survey, it either says “seeing double: looks like you’ve already completed this survey” (I haven’t been able to complete a single one), says it’s timed out, or the survey page won’t load.
I had money in my account and it’s disappeared. I couldn’t sign , I had to keep putting my information I and nothing worked. Please find what happened so can get paid. Many thanks, Debra most

Getting no notifications even though it’s turned on . When it says try another survey nothing comes up . When pressing surveys on home page it starts then disappears
I am getting an opps something went wrong message. Uninstalled and reinstalled did not fix the problem.
Having same issue with survey junkie as user below. “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.“ keeps popping up in both app and website browser. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, logged in and out. All while my boyfriend was able to complete all his surveys next to me with no issue. I’ve contacted customer support but any time I do I get a generic response, so I’m hoping posting here will help too.
Everytime I click the ooos it just says “whoops, looks like something went wrong” I’ve tried restarting, closing, logging in and out, and it still says the same thing.
When I open the app, it just gives me a screen that says “Oops, something went wrong.” I completed $10 worth of surveys and the money is just sitting there. I really need it to pay rent. I’m very frustrated, it’s been like that for hours.
It has an “x” by do not use vpn and I’m not using or is it on. It hasn’t paid my 125 and I’m on level 7

Hi, I'm enthused to download and install Survey Junkie app to offer more points in the background over time as I complete surveys and such. Looking forward to bonus points during the month! However, twice now I have tried to use Installer on my Mac laptop and it _gets stuck_ at step 4 of 5.. says "Running Scripts" all through the night without resolution in the morning. Hmmm.. what is happening here and how can I fix it? I have an updated, current operating system and good internet connection. I don't want to introduce viruses to my computer or any spammy scammy software. Please help resolve. Thank you ~~
