Error message when opening the app: "Apple login failed. Please sign in again." I have money to redeem but cannot take any actions. Tried troubleshooting all the usual ways but issues persists.
I cant find the app in my settings so I can do amything
In settings, VPN will not stay connected. In SOTG when I try to open digital survey, it will not connect, yet I keep getting emails that welcome me into adding digital surveys. Noting I do can connect or just disconnect the digital portion of the app. I feel my only option is to delete app and try to reinstall. Suggestions?
I have the amount of$20.70 and when I hit redeem it doesn’t do anything.. I already deleted the app and reinstalled but still same thing
It’s wont cash my money out
I turn vpn off so I could transfer all my stuff from my old phone to the new one. However, whenever I open the app after the transferred, I found that I couldn’t use it because it is stuck loading. I did a hard reset, disconnected my Wi-Fi connection and force closed the app. But nothing is going through. Also, I'm generally upset that whenever I use the vpn that it messes with my wifi connection on my phone and often have to turn it off to make calls, play games or watch videos on youtube when I'm not on the Surveys App. If this is related to the vpn then there has to be a better solution because this is utterly unacceptable and ridiculous. The only option I haven't done is deleting the damn app because on iphone if I do then I also delete all the data within the phone and I don't feel like restarting my profile again from scratch.

when i open the app it says login error but i also can't log out to try and log back in. nothing loads and i have money to redeem.
My surveys on the go app will not allow me to continue my work stating that my location is not on. I've done all the proper steps and can assure u that my location on device and app are on and all permission granted. So why isn't it allowing me to continue my work? And claiming my location is not on?
Hi I’ve been using surveys on the go for a few months and have had little problems and really liked the app. I switched my service from AT&T to Verizon and suddenly the app has not loaded since. Could you give me any ideas to fix the issue
Whenever I try to log in, the app tells me “URLSessionTask failed with error: cancelled”. I tried deleting and redos loading the app, and turning my phone off and on, using just wifi, and then using just my phone service, but it’s still not working.
My cash redeem isnt working. I push the redeem button and it will sit on pending for 10ish minutes or so then I get a message that it did nit go through to my oat pal. I called Paypal and they could not help me. Please contact me at 217 316 1551 thank you sincerely Karen Crim
