Good Morning, November 5, 2022 I received the message that my transfer (reimbursement of alimony) has been blocked, the transfer is from an orphanage in Poland with its seat in Warsaw, 6 Jaktorowska Street, where my daughter was currently living in Germany, my daughter has been living with me for a year, I do not know how I can verify the transfer, I really care about unblocking the corner because I do not have access to cash and I stayed with my daughter without financial resources for life, Yours sincerely, Kamila Sylwia Lipiak

How to fix Joompay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Joompay app on iPhone
Update Joompay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Joompay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Joompay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Joompay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Joompay Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Joompay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Joompay App
1. On android, goto Settings » Joompay » click [Force Stop]

Update Joompay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Joompay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Joompay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Joompay.

Fix Joompay unable to contact server/ Joompay internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Joompay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Joompay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Joompay
