Hello please my money has been freeze with 34euro for many months now,and I've chatted with the customer service representative and she told me to send my passport because I told her I don't have residence permit yet. I've sent the passport many times but I don't see any reply from you people. Please unfreeze my account because I want my money back. Or don't you people want to return my money?

Joompay is a big scam i hope it will be closes you are cheating people

Joompay why is that when you block peoples account you still hold their money inside without given them Back ? since last year my money was blocked in my account 3,150 Euros till now you did not give it back to me i have emailed you several times but still you have not given me my money back WHY ?

Am dorit sa fac o comanda la joom și când sa achit nu știu cum dar banii adică euro 66,52 euro sau dus la joompay și acum nu pot sa recuperez euro nu doresc card, nu doresc sa cumpăr cu euro vreau euro înapoi în cont. Nu pricep cum au întrat euro la joompay. Am mai făcut cumpărături de la joom și am achitat în lei. Dar tot apărea ca mi se oferă 10 euro de la comanda și sa obțin cardul și tot încercăm și nu am reușit și în final plata cumpărăturilor sa transformat în euro la joompay. Va rog nu cunosc engleza și doresc recuperarea banilor.
