app crashes when i try to open and tries to login via face id.

Arizona Mobile ID stopped working after I upgraded the OS on my Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max to iOS 17. The app appears to be trying to log me in but then it just aborts and leaves me back on my home screen. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, going through the whole process of setting up again by taking pictures of my physical license again, etc. It tells my setup has been successful but when I open the app the same thing happens. I have also tried resetting FaceID in my phone's settings.

I cannot get the app to open with my Face ID or with my PIN. I have an iPhone 13 and the camera will not focus. The app tells me my PIN is incorrect when I enter it. Any suggestions on troubleshooting g?

when trying to open the app, after doing my face ID the app just shuts off. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works

App fails to focus iPhone 14 camera when attempting photo of identification. Unable to proceed beyond the step of the procedure. I have tried repeatedly since getting this iPhone this past fall! I notice from comments above that this problem has existed for quite a while!!

I had an account all setup with iphone 12 Pro Max. Upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro Max and camera will now not focus on drivers licence to re-enter a new account.

The link sent by text does not work, so cannot proceed. In the text the entire link is not live only part of the link is live. So when I click on it, just get a message that the link is not working
