I don't remember my password so i click on Forgot password, it says that they sent an email to recover, it never came. And when i try to login with any media (discord, google, twitch) it says error 202 bad gateway

How to fix Nicecactus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nicecactus app on iPhone
Update Nicecactus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nicecactus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nicecactus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nicecactus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nicecactus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nicecactus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nicecactus App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nicecactus » click [Force Stop]

Update Nicecactus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nicecactus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nicecactus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nicecactus.

Fix Nicecactus unable to contact server/ Nicecactus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nicecactus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nicecactus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nicecactus
