Cannot access my zetsu account even though I have changed password many times and I know it’s correct. Cannot make another account with premium, what do I do?

Some manga pages or chapters just cause the app to crash. I thought it was a problem with a module but that does not seem to be the case. Reopening the chapter/page that caused the issue previously, continues to crash the app.

Not receiving modules. Tried deleting and redownloading the app twice so far and no changes.

To resolve ZETSU network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ZETSU app issues:

Force Stop the ZETSU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ZETSU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ZETSU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZETSU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ZETSU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ZETSU.

Fix ZETSU unable to contact server/ ZETSU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ZETSU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ZETSU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZETSU on android.
