Cannot access my zetsu account even though I have changed password many times and I know it’s correct. Cannot make another account with premium, what do I do?

Some manga pages or chapters just cause the app to crash. I thought it was a problem with a module but that does not seem to be the case. Reopening the chapter/page that caused the issue previously, continues to crash the app.
