I downloaded the app but the screen is blank. I have a iPhone 13. I am in Lubbock TX I am interested in watching ch 28, ABC. Thank you for assistance-just heads up I am 72 & not that savvy on technical stuff so I need it to be real simple how to do this. 😂😂😂

I would be trying to watch my VOD, local channel after the LIVE had finished, l usually wait about an hour after my local news goes off. About 5 minutes in a message pops up sez a problem has been detected. I am frozen out. Yes l tried to start all over by getting out of app and bring back up and yes l get same message almost in same place.
