Close and restart the Appvent app on iPhone
Update Appvent app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Appvent iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Appvent on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Appvent network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Appvent app issues:

Force Stop the Appvent App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Appvent app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Appvent to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Appvent App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Appvent app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Appvent.

Fix Appvent unable to contact server/ Appvent internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Appvent » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Appvent » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Appvent on android.
